Every good project produces documentation that is well organized and easy to find. Return when information is needed to proceed to the next project phase or operation/maintenance process. It can be done manually although using software is much better. Nevertheless, it is very important that it shall exist & well managed
TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
This is a two-day training program to improve the awareness of everyone, provide guidance & how to implement technical project documentation management which is often neglected. How proper documentation management support the life of the plant. After attending this training, participants:
- Will improve their awareness that project documentation is also critical aspects need attention & proper management beyond the physical achievement,
- Learn about document management governance, document management system & people interface from team involved in the project & post project phase,
- Learn to implement proper document management available, to hand over to their successor teams

ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:
Ir. Anita Sampratiwi & Hani Hendarsih S.Hum, are practitioner in Project Documentation Management (PDM).
They started her career as a field geologist in Chevron where she dealt with bunch of geothermal & oil wells technical data & subsurface data to manage. Finishing her field assignment, she has than eventually more than 20 years of experiences in Data Management, IT, Information Management, Change Management & Communication, &Business Process improvement area. Holds extensive experiences in establishing, managing, &improving process and organization in various Departments in Indonesia & abroad. The largest project handled was developing & improving project documentations management in EPCI project in East Kalimantan starting from development drilling to EPCI to hand over to operation teams.
