Safety and Risk Management in Oil & Gas

September 21 @ 8:30 am - September 23 @ 4:00 pm
Safety & Risk Management System

Background & About the Course

Safety and Risk Management in oil & gas industry is just like two sides of coins. This is the fact that oil & gas deals with very flammable materials and high capital involving abundant of human resources. The safety management section covers layers of protection, safety management systems, safety instrumented systems (SIS), and more.

This training provides knowledge and understanding of safety and risk management in oil and gas operations. Participants will learn methods for determining risk values, including Event Tree Analysis (ETA), Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), and Risk-Based Inspection (RBI). The course will also teach participants how to identify safety and risk management elements in oil and gas facilities through technical documents such as Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Piping & Instrument Diagrams (P&ID).

Course Objectives

By participating in this training, participants will understand the concepts and practices of safety and risk management in oil and gas facilities.
