ABOUT THE COURSE LEADER:

Dr. Djadja A. Sardjana, ST, MM

A highly accomplished practitioner, learning officer, and lecturer, this professional began his career in multinational telecommunications after earning his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Telecommunication Engineering (both with Cum Laude honors). He later achieved a Doctorate in Education, shifting his focus toward education and e-learning, where he has significantly contributed to various projects. Some notable milestones include implementing e-learning systems for organizations such as Pertamina Corporate University, Bank Jatim, Newmont Mining, Pelindo, and Lemdikpol. He also serves as the Chief Learning Officer at Dataquest Leverage Indonesia and as an Associate Instructor and Consultant at Fiqry Jaya Manunggal.

With over two decades of experience, including reaching managerial roles, his core competencies span Strategic Business Planning, Sales and Marketing, Project Management, Quality and Six Sigma, E-learning, Corporate University Development, and Knowledge Management. These skills have been honed through diverse responsibilities and achievements across industries.

He is also a Council Member of the Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), collaborating with global experts to provide insights into products, services, and industries. His certifications and training include specialized programs in Career Planning (AT&T Lucent), Global Multicultural Management (Global Success), Project Management (Motorola), and Digital Six Sigma (Motorola), further underscoring his multifaceted expertise.
