SUMMARY:Flow Assurance for Pipeline System
DESCRIPTION:About the Course:\nFlow Assurance for Pipeline System adalah kursus yang memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang fenomena aliran yang dapat membantu peserta menghindari masalah seperti pembentukan hidrat\, gelombang tekanan (surge)\, atau kegagalan aliran cairan dengan viskositas tinggi. \nCourse Objectives:\n\nMenilai perilaku fisik dari tantangan utama flow assurance: korosi\, pembentukan hidrat\, perilaku transien\, dan deposisi lilin.\nMengevaluasi integritas mekanis pipa.\nMengevaluasi efektivitas operasi pigging dan sistem deteksi kebocoran.\n\nWho Should Attend:\n\nTeknisi dan Engineer Instrumentasi\nDesign & Process Engineers\nOperation Engineers\nTim Uji Sumur (Well Testing Group)\nProduction Operation\nReservoir Engineers & Technicians\nSuperintendent & Supervisor Pemeliharaan\n\nCourse Content:\n\nIntroduction to Oil and Gas Fluid Transport Properties\nOverview of fluid transport fundamentals in pipeline systems.\nFluid Property Data and Phase Determination\nUnderstanding fluid characteristics and phase identification.\nSingle and Multiphase Fluid Flow Analysis\nTechniques for analyzing single and multiphase fluid flow.\nSlug Formation and Prediction\nIdentification and prediction of slug formation in pipelines.\nSurge Analysis\nUnderstanding surge phenomena and mitigation strategies.\nCorrosion (Internal and External)\nExamination of corrosion types and prevention methods.\nHydrate Formation and Prevention\nStrategies to mitigate hydrate formation in pipelines.\nWax Formation and Deposition\nMethods to prevent and remediate wax buildup.\nAsphaltene Prediction\, Scale Precipitation\, and Sand Production\nAnalysis of potential solid formation and its impact on pipelines.\nPigging Operations\nTechniques for pipeline cleaning and maintenance.\nLeak Detection Methods and DCS (Distributed Control Systems)\nModern approaches to leak detection\, replacing outdated SCADA with advanced DCS systems.
