DESCRIPTION:About the Course:\nThe lifting operation of oil and gas production activities must be optimized to maximize profits for the company. Therefore\, a thorough understanding among all production personnel in the field is essential. This training will cover the operational methods for oil and gas wells\, the techniques and processes for lifting and transporting them to the surface\, as well as the treatment and refining of oil and gas. Additionally\, participants will learn how to manage production wastewater to prevent environmental pollution. \nCourse Objectives:\nUpon completing this training\, participants are expected to understand several key aspects of oil and gas production\, including: \n\nUnderstanding the handling of production operations in oil and gas wells.\nUnderstanding the transportation systems for oil and gas at the surface.\nUnderstanding the separation processes for oil\, water\, and gas at the surface.\nUnderstanding the processes involved in a gas processing plant.\n\nWho Should Attend:\nThis training is recommended for: \n\nPetroleum Engineers\nProduction Engineers\nProduction Supervisors\nProduction Operators\nMaintenance and Support Operations Personnel\n\nCourse Content:\n\nOil Well Production Operation:\n\nProduction equipment in oil wells.\nMethods for lifting oil from the reservoir to the surface.\n\n\nGas Well Production Operation:\n\nProduction equipment in gas wells.\nMethods for lifting gas from the reservoir to the surface.\n\n\nOil and Water Piping System:\n\nEquipment and systems for transporting oil and water at the surface from wells.\nManifolds and gathering stations\, including flow lines\, valves\, manifolds\, pump stations\, etc.\n\n\nOil and Water Treatment:\n\nEquipment and processes for treating oil and water.\n\n\nGas Piping System:\n\nEquipment and systems for transporting gas at the surface from wells.\nManifolds and gas processing plants\, including flow lines\, valves\, manifolds\, scrubbers\, compressor stations\, etc.\n\n\nGas Processing Plant:\n\nGas dehydrators.\nProcesses for CO2 and H2S removal.\n\n\nOil Storage and Loading:\n\nOil storage facilities.\nMeasurement and loading processes.\n\n\n\nAbout the Trainer:\nProf. Herianto\, Ir.\, M.Sc.\, Ph.D \nProf. Herianto\, Ir.\, M.Sc.\, Ph.D.\, adalah seorang ahli di bidang Teknik Perminyakan dengan pengalaman luas sejak tahun 1983. Beliau merupakan dosen senior di Program Sarjana dan Magister Teknik Perminyakan UPN Veteran Yogyakarta serta mengajar di Universitas Trisakti\, Universitas Riau\, dan institusi lainnya. Selain sebagai pendidik\, Prof. Herianto juga berperan aktif sebagai konsultan dan trainer di berbagai perusahaan minyak\, seperti Pertamina\, Chevron\, Total Indonesie\, hingga Petronas. \nProf. Herianto memiliki pengalaman sebagai Manager Support di GeoQues Schlumberger serta terlibat dalam berbagai proyek besar\, seperti kajian prospek migas dan geothermal\, pengembangan model kontrak CBM\, hingga proyek ketahanan energi nasional. Beliau juga merupakan instruktur bersertifikasi untuk pelatihan Drilling IADC dan Well Control. \nSebagai narasumber dan peneliti\, Prof. Herianto telah mempublikasikan karya ilmiah di forum nasional dan internasional. Dari tahun 2011-2016\, beliau menjabat sebagai pimpinan di PT. Riau Petroleum. Saat ini\, beliau aktif memberikan pelatihan dan berkonsultasi di bidang migas dan panas bumi\, termasuk dalam topik Well Barrier dan Well Integrity di berbagai perusahaan energi di Indonesia dan internasional.
