DESCRIPTION:LATAR BELAKANG: \nFungsi Refrigeration Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (RHAC) adalah untuk mengendalikan kondisi udara di dalam ruang yang ditentukan seperti suhu\, kelembaban\, kualitas udara\, pasokan udara segar dari luar untuk mengendalikan kadar oksigen dan karbon dioksida\, dan terakhir\, mengendalikan pergerakan udara atau aliran udara. Selama bertahun-tahun\, AC telah berubah dari sekadar mendinginkan ruangan menjadi pengendalian yang efektif terhadap semua parameter di atas. Kunci RHVAC adalah menjaga suhu\, tekana dan parameters suatu area pada suhu yang diinginkan. Mengingat fungsinya\, maka diperlukan suatu system kontrol yang baik untuk peralatan RHVAC. \nPeningkatan kemampuan dan keterampilan karyawan pada perusahaan adalah sangat perlu untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja karyawan\, yang secara tidak langsung dapat meningkatkan profit perusahaan. DESCRIPTION:BACKGROUND:\nDalam proses Maintenance\, indikator kinerja (KPI) adalah untuk mengukur kinerja tugas yang diberikan. Misal mengukur apa pun mulai dari waktu yang berlalu selama shutdown (terprogram atau tidak) hingga evolusi proses produksi. KPI bervariasi tergantung perusahaannya; tujuan\, strategi\, dan rencana tindakannya. Namun\, ada satu set indikator yang dianggap lebih baik dan lebih sering digunakan. Maintenance Performance Indicator mengevaluasi faktor-faktor yang penting bagi keberhasilan organisasi. Indikator ini digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja terhadap sasaran yang terkait dengan kegagalan mesin\, waktu perbaikan\, penundaan pemeliharaan\, dan biaya. \nIndikator tersebut dapat dibagi menjadi dua kategori: pertama\, yang menunjukkan dampak manajemen pemeliharaan yang tepat dalam kinerja bisnis secara keseluruhan; dan kedua\, yang menyangkut keandalan dan ketersediaan aset.
