DESCRIPTION:LATAR BELAKANG\nAktivitas proyek dapat terjadi di segala bidang di perusahaan\, baik proyek fisik (infrastruktur) seperti proyek pembelian peralatan\, pemasangan fasilitas\, pendirian pabrik baru maupun non fisik seperti proyek pengembangan produk baru\,perancangan struktur organisasi\, pembuatan sistem informasi manajemen dan peningkatan produktivitas perusahaan. Realitas di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa sering terjadi kegagalan dalam menjalankan proyek disebabkan oleh adanya perencanaan\, pelaksanaan dan pengendalian proyek yang tidak tepat. Adalah suatu realitas bahwa Microsoft Project Powerfull Tool for Project Management \nMerencanakan\, melaksanakan dan mengendalikan suatu proyek merupakan kegiatan yang relative kompleks dan sulit dilakukan karena dituntut untuk memperhatikan berbagai aspek seperti waktu\, biaya\, sumberdaya\, perkembangan pencapaian tujuan dan masih banyak lagi. Training ini akan mempelajari tentang bagaimana mengelola sebuah proyek dalam hal perencanaaan (planning)\, pelaksanaan (updating) dan pengendalian (controlling).
