DESCRIPTION:BACKGROUND:\nHarga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS) atau Owner Estimate (OE) adalah sebuah acuan penting dalam proses pengadaan barang\, jasa\, maupun proyek. HPS/OE disusun melalui analisis profesional dan disahkan oleh pihak berwenang untuk menjadi dasar dalam menilai kewajaran harga penawaran. Karena itu Teknik Pembuatan HPS/ OE dapat memastikan harga yang ditetapkan oleh penyedia sesuai dengan standar yang wajar\, dapat dipertanggungjawabkan\, serta sejalan dengan ketentuan kontrak. Dengan kata lain\, kemampuan menyusun HPS/OE yang akurat sangat menentukan keberhasilan manajemen pengadaan (purchasing management) di sebuah organisasi. \nDi era persaingan yang semakin ketat\, keahlian dalam menyusun HPS/OE tidak hanya bermanfaat untuk efisiensi biaya\, tetapi juga untuk menjaga transparansi\, akuntabilitas\, dan kualitas hasil pengadaan. These diagrams visually represent process flows\, control loops\, and the interaction of various components\, enabling engineers and operators to understand the operational sequences and troubleshoot issues effectively. \nLogic diagram menyajikan detail yang secara skematis memperlihatkan semua instrument peralatan yang akan mempengaruhi berlangsungnya pengaturan yang bersifat sekuensial yaitu peralatan-peralatan yang berpengaruh dalam berlangsungnya pengaturan seperti Switch\, Timer\, dan memor yang mempunyai keluaran sebagai pengenali/menjalankan Pompa\, Katup\, Compresor dan sebagainya. \nSchematic diagram dibuat untuk memperlihatkan semua peralatan listrik yang digunakan meliputi shematic control diagram seperti phenumatic dan hydraulic dan electrical schematic diagram yang memperlihatkan semua peralatan listrik yng digunakan\, hal ini akan membantu untuk dapat mengerti operasional sistem peralatan maupun proses tersebut dengan cepat\, sehingga memudahkan dalam hal mencari gangguan dan pemeriksaan. Schematic diagram ini ada yang diperuntukan pada schematic control diagram\, yang menerangkan dan menjelaskan fungsi-fungsi dari bermacam-macam komponen control.
