Sehingga dibuatlah suatu standar & ketentuan yang harus dipenuhi oleh penyedia barang & jasa. Dari sisi penyedia barang & jasa\, mereka harus dapat memenuhi semua standar & kriteria dari pemberi kerja (biasanya dibuktikan dengan sertifikat CSMS) untuk dapat diterima sebagai penyedia barang dan jasa. \nOleh karena itu\, diperlukan persiapan\, penyusunan\, pelaksanaan dan system manajemen HSE yang comprehensive untuk mendapatkan sertifikat CSMS dari suatu perusahaan. DESCRIPTION:Background & About the Course:\nPTK 007 Revisi 5 merupakan pedoman terbaru dalam pelaksanaan pengadaan barang dan jasa di industri hulu minyak dan gas bumi Indonesia. Dalam bisnis migas\, pencapaian cost recovery menjadi target utama yang harus dipenuhi. Agar biaya yang dikeluarkan dapat disetujui sebagai biaya operasi yang dapat cost recovery\, kegiatan pengadaan harus sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku\, yaitu Pedoman Pengadaan BPMigas (sekarang SKK MIGAS). \nSKK MIGAS telah mengeluarkan amandemen terbaru terkait ketentuan pengadaan melalui PTK 007 Revisi 5. Workshop ini akan membahas perubahan signifikan dalam amandemen tersebut\, dampaknya pada implementasi di lapangan\, serta langkah-langkah yang harus dipahami oleh pelaku industri migas. Pandji A Ariaz \nPandji A. Ariaz adalah seorang profesional yang memiliki lebih dari 15 tahun pengalaman kerja di industri minyak dan gas. Ia menerima gelar sarjana Teknik Industri di Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). Pak Pandji telah terlibat dalam seluruh pembentukan PTK 007 Rev. 1 hingga PTK Rev. 5 yang bekerja sama dengan SKK Migas. Beliau pernah menjabat sebagai panitia revisi untuk PTK 007. \nSekarang\, beliau secara resmi menjadi Instruktur/ Pembicara di lingkungan Migas untuk PTK 007 dan saat ini beliau menjabat sebagai Staf Ahli untuk Deputy Manajemen Pengadaan di SKK Migas
