SUMMARY:Construction Completion Management System (CCMS)
DESCRIPTION:Background & About the Course:\nManaging construction projects to successful completion requires meticulous planning\, coordination\, and execution. The Construction Completion Management System (CCMS) ensures that all project activities are systematically tracked\, verified\, and handed over within the desired scope\, time\, and quality standards. This system integrates processes\, tools\, and best practices to streamline construction workflows\, minimize delays\, and maintain compliance with industry standards. \nThis course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of CCMS principles and practices\, enabling them to manage the completion phase efficiently. From punch list management to system turnover and documentation\, the program covers essential aspects that are critical to achieving a seamless project closeout. Participants will also learn to implement CCMS tools to improve team coordination and ensure all deliverables meet predefined requirements. \nCourse Objectives:\n\nUnderstand the principles and importance of a structured Construction Completion Management System.\nImplement effective strategies for tracking and managing project completion milestones.\nUse CCMS tools for punch list management\, system handover\, and documentation.\nIdentify and mitigate risks during the construction completion phase.\nDevelop workflows for efficient turnover to operations or clients.\nEnsure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.\n\nWho Should Attend:\n\nConstruction project managers and engineers.\nSite supervisors and field engineers.\nQuality assurance and control professionals.\nCommissioning and turnover managers.\nDocument control personnel.\nAny professional involved in project closeout and handover processes\n\nCourse Content:\nFoundations of Construction Completion Management \n\nIntroduction to CCMS and its importance in project lifecycle.\nKey components of a Construction Completion Management System.\nSetting up workflows and milestones for completion.\nTools and software for CCMS implementation.\n\nExecution and Documentation \n\nPunch list creation\, prioritization\, and tracking.\nQuality assurance and verification processes.\nManaging inspections and ensuring compliance.\nDocumentation requirements for project closeout.\n\nHandover and Lessons Learned \n\nTurnover processes: From construction to operations.\nRisk identification and mitigation during completion.\nClient and stakeholder engagement during project handover.\nCapturing lessons learned and improving CCMS workflows.\nPractical exercises: Applying CCMS to real-world scenarios.\n\nTechnical Documents Management \n\nDocument life cycle during Engineering Project Phases\nQuality assurance and compliance\n\nAbout the Trainer:\nIr. Dody Lesmana \nGraduated from Petroleum Engineering Department of Bandung Institute of Technology with hands-on experiences in multinational oil & gas companies in Indonesia. \nStarted his career as Reservoir Engineer in 1997\, Production Engineer\, Supervisor\, Superintendent in both off-shore & on-shore production operations way up to Managerial Position.
