DESCRIPTION:BACKGROUND:\nHarga Perkiraan Sendiri (HPS) atau Owner Estimate (OE) adalah sebuah acuan penting dalam proses pengadaan barang\, jasa\, maupun proyek. HPS/OE disusun melalui analisis profesional dan disahkan oleh pihak berwenang untuk menjadi dasar dalam menilai kewajaran harga penawaran. Karena itu Teknik Pembuatan HPS/ OE dapat memastikan harga yang ditetapkan oleh penyedia sesuai dengan standar yang wajar\, dapat dipertanggungjawabkan\, serta sejalan dengan ketentuan kontrak.
