These diagrams visually represent process flows\, control loops\, and the interaction of various components\, enabling engineers and operators to understand the operational sequences and troubleshoot issues effectively. \nLogic diagram menyajikan detail yang secara skematis memperlihatkan semua instrument peralatan yang akan mempengaruhi berlangsungnya pengaturan yang bersifat sekuensial yaitu peralatan-peralatan yang berpengaruh dalam berlangsungnya pengaturan seperti Switch\, Timer\, dan memor yang mempunyai keluaran sebagai pengenali/menjalankan Pompa\, Katup\, Compresor dan sebagainya. \nSchematic diagram dibuat untuk memperlihatkan semua peralatan listrik yang digunakan meliputi shematic control diagram seperti phenumatic dan hydraulic dan electrical schematic diagram yang memperlihatkan semua peralatan listrik yng digunakan\, hal ini akan membantu untuk dapat mengerti operasional sistem peralatan maupun proses tersebut dengan cepat\, sehingga memudahkan dalam hal mencari gangguan dan pemeriksaan.
