DESCRIPTION:Background & About the Course\nPSC Planning and Control (POD\, WP&B\, and AFE) are the main issue in oil & gas operation in Indonesia\, aiming for the what so called Cost Recovery. The primary activity in the upstream oil and gas business is to search for and prove the existence of hydrocarbons. Once reserves are successfully identified\, investment and development decisions will be made based on the economic calculations of the field. At this stage\, PSC (Production Sharing Contract) Planning begins and becomes essential. The training will start with a discussion on project economics within the framework of PSC Cost Recovery and PSC Gross Split. This will be followed by discussions related to the Plan of Development (POD)\, covering concepts\, regulations\, procedures\, and documentation preparation. \nOnce the planning process is aligned\, the discussion will continue with the preparation of Work Program and Budget (WP&B) and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) for annual work.
