Well Surveillance

Background & About the Course:
In the oil and gas industry, ensuring the optimal performance of wells is crucial for maintaining production levels and minimizing operational costs. “Well Performance & Surveillance” is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and practical skills required to monitor, evaluate, and optimize well performance effectively. This course covers the key principles of well surveillance, including data acquisition, analysis techniques, and performance diagnostics to identify potential issues and improve efficiency.
The course will explore various tools and technologies for well monitoring, focusing on real-time surveillance methods, as well as diagnostic and predictive analytics to enhance decision-making. By understanding the performance of each well, professionals can extend the life of their assets, reduce downtime, and maximize output. With this comprehensive training, participants will be equipped to make data-driven decisions that can significantly impact the success of well operations.
Course Objectives:
- Understand the fundamentals of well performance and surveillance.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for evaluating well productivity.
- Apply monitoring techniques for real-time surveillance of well operations.
- Analyze well performance data to identify optimization opportunities.
