About the Course Leader
Ir. R. Iim Takwim, ST., MM., IPM., ASEAN.Eng., ACPE
Iim Takwim holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and has completed his master’s and doctoral studies in Human Resources. He has professional experience as a Human Resources Manager in the textile industry, Production Manager in the garments sector at PT. Fit-U, and Head of the Laboratory of Industry, Automotive, and Machines at STT-JB.
Mr. Takwim actively shares his expertise with various organizations, including PT. Timah Tbk., PT. Arun LNG, PT. Batu Bara Bukit Kendi, PT. Petrosea Tbk., PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia, PT. Freeport Indonesia, and many others across diverse industries.
