Business Process Change Management

BACKGROUND:

Organizations today operate in an environment of continuous change driven by digitalization, market competition, regulatory demands, and evolving customer expectations. To remain competitive and sustainable, companies must not only improve their business processes but also manage change effectively across people, systems, and culture. To be able to sustain, an organization shall be able to allert and adapt to new Business Prosess & Change Management when necesary.

Business Process Management (BPM) provides a structured approach to analyze, design, implement, monitor, and continuously improve end-to-end business processes. However, process improvement initiatives often fail when change management aspects—such as stakeholder alignment, leadership commitment, communication, and employee readiness—are not properly addressed. This training integrates Business Process Management and Change Management to ensure that process improvements are successfully adopted and sustained.
